Text message program

Frankford & Marsh (a service of Great Work LLC) sends a text message only to a business owner who has asked us, out loud on a live phone call, to receive it. This page describes exactly how that works, what we send, and how to stop.

How you opt in (consent)

When a member of our team speaks with you by phone, we introduce ourselves as Frankford & Marsh and ask, in plain words: "Can I text you the link to the free website preview we built for your business?" We send a text only after you say yes on that call and give or confirm your mobile number. There is no pre-checked box, no bundled consent, and we never buy or upload phone number lists. If you did not verbally agree on a call, you will not receive a text from us.

What we send

A single text with the link to the free website preview you asked for, from (469) 277-9788. If you ask us to, we may send a short follow-up about that same preview. These are one-to-one, customer-care messages about the preview you requested. We do not send marketing blasts, recurring campaigns, or messages about anything you did not ask about.

A typical message reads: "Frankford & Marsh: here's the free website preview we built for your business: https://frankfordandmarsh.com/p/your-site/ Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency

Low. In most cases it is a single message. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop, or get help

Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us any time at hello@greatwork.company or (469) 277-9788. You can also ask us on the phone to never contact you, and we will add you to our do-not-contact list immediately and permanently.

Privacy
