The service

Frankford & Marsh is a website service for local businesses, run by Great Work LLC. We design and build your website, register a domain for it, host it, and make changes you ask for by email. Some plans include extras like order or quote forms, booking links, and menu pages.

Billing

You pay a one-time fee to build and launch your site. That fee includes registering your domain and your first year of hosting. There is no monthly fee for the website itself.

After the first year, keeping your site online costs $199 per year, which covers hosting, domain renewal, and monitoring. You can instead choose an optional care plan at $19 per month that adds unlimited edits. If you are not on a care plan, individual edit requests are $49 each. Some features that carry a real ongoing cost, such as online ordering and payments, include a monthly fee that is shown before you buy. Add-ons are billed as listed at the time you buy them.

Any recurring plan can be canceled anytime by emailing hello@greatwork.company. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't do partial-period refunds, and we don't do cancellation fees either.

Your domain

We register your domain on your behalf and pay for the first year. It's your domain. If you ever want to manage it yourself, we'll transfer it to you free on request. After the first year, domain renewal is covered by your annual renewal or care plan while you're a customer.

Your content

You're responsible for the content you ask us to publish. By sending us names, logos, menus, photos, or text, you confirm you have the right to use them. If something on your site needs to come down for legal reasons, we may remove it and will tell you why.

Edits

Email us the change you want and we'll aim to have it done within two business days. Priority edits on the Pro plan go to the front of the line. This is a best-effort target, not a guarantee, but we take it seriously.

No guarantees about results

We build your site to current best practices for search engines and AI assistants. We do not and cannot promise specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales. Anyone who promises you those is guessing.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
