Do I own the domain?
Yes. We register it on your behalf and it's yours. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you free, no questions asked.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
A Facebook page is great, and we'll link to it. But a page you rent is not a site you own. Your own website shows up in search, works for people who aren't on Facebook, and nobody can change the rules on you. More on website vs. Facebook or Instagram.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes, and switching is easier than most owners expect. You keep your own web address, your current site stays up until the new one is ready, and we handle the one setting that points your domain at it, so there is no downtime. Once it's live, you cancel your old monthly plan and the bill stops. More on switching off a builder.
Can you match my colors and logo?
Yes. Send us what you have and we'll match it. If your logo needs some work, the professional logo add-on gets it crisp.
How do edits work?
Email us what you want changed, in plain words. New hours, a new menu, new photos, a price change. We make the edit within two business days, usually faster. Edits are $49 each, or free if you're on the $19 a month care plan.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay once to build the site, and there's no monthly bill for the site itself. Your domain goes with you if you ever leave.
