About Frankford & Marsh
Frankford & Marsh is a service of Great Work LLC, a registered U.S. company. We build and host real websites for local businesses across the country, for one flat price, with no monthly bill for the site. You see your finished site for free before you decide, and you only pay once it is actually live on your own domain.
Who we are
We are a small U.S. company that builds websites for the kind of businesses that keep a town running: restaurants and cafes, plumbers and electricians, salons and barbers, auto shops, clinics, gyms, pet care, cleaners, and local shops. Many of them have no website, or only a social page, not because they do not want one, but because the usual options are a months-long agency project that costs thousands, or a website builder that charges every month forever. We thought that was backwards, so we built a simpler way.
Why we work this way
Three choices matter to us, and they are the opposite of how most of the industry works:
- One payment, no monthly bill. A website is a thing you should own, not rent. We charge a flat one-time $995 to build your site on your own domain, with your first year of hosting included. There is no monthly subscription for the site itself. After the first year it is $199 a year to keep it live, and that is optional.
- You see it before you pay. We build a working preview of your site from your public information first, so you look at the real thing before spending a dollar. If you do not love it, you walk away and owe nothing.
- You own what you pay for. Your domain is registered in your name, and you can take it with you for free at any time. No contract, no lock-in.
What you can count on
Your payment is handled securely by Stripe, so we never see your card number. Your site is built to be found on Google and read correctly by AI assistants. We adjust it until it's exactly right, so it only goes live once you're happy with it, and if we cannot get your site live, you are not charged at all. We do not promise search rankings or overnight results; we deliver a real, fast, findable website on your own domain, and we stand behind it.
Talk to a person
There is a real person on the other end of every email. Questions before you decide, changes after you are live, or you would just rather talk it through: email hello@greatwork.company or call (469) 277-9788. Great Work LLC is at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709.
See your own site, free
The best way to understand what we do is to see it for your own business. Tell us your name and town and we will build you a free preview, usually in about a minute.
