A website with no monthly fee
Updated October 26, 2026
You do not need a monthly subscription to have a real website. Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy bill you every month for as long as your site is up, but that is their business model, not a rule of the web. You can pay once, own your site, and never get a monthly bill for it. Here is how the one-time model works and what it saves you.
Why most website tools charge every month
A monthly subscription gives a website company steady, predictable revenue, and it keeps you paying for as long as your site is live. The catch is that a site which looked cheap at $20 or $30 a month quietly becomes one of your more expensive tools over a few years, and if you ever stop paying, it usually goes dark and you are left with nothing to show for it.
What the monthly really adds up to
At $30 a month, a hosted site is $360 a year and about $1,080 over three years, with nothing owned at the end. Many owners also pay separately for a domain, a template, or an add-on on top of that. The number to look at is not the monthly price, it is what the site costs to keep over the years you actually run your business.
The one-time way: pay once, own it
We build a full multi-page site on your own domain for a flat one-time $995, with your domain and your first year of hosting included and no monthly bill for the site itself. You own the site and the domain, there is no contract, and you can take your domain with you for free whenever you want. It is built to be found on Google and by AI assistants, and you approve it before it goes live.
Honest about year two and beyond
No monthly fee does not mean no cost ever, and we will not pretend otherwise. After your first free year, a domain still has to be renewed and the site still has to be hosted and kept secure. That is $199 a year, or an optional $19 a month only if you want us to handle unlimited edits for you. Both are optional. Neither is a monthly subscription the site needs in order to exist, which is the whole difference.
See your site and your price, free
The clearest way to judge it is to see your own site first. We build you a free preview from your public information, before you pay anything. You see exactly what you would get and what it costs, then decide, and you only go live if you love it.
